How to Order
Simply browse our online shop by clicking on one of the picture categories or categories listed on the banner of the home page. You can also conduct a product search by inputting a product in the search area.
Following your selection you will be able to choose from a selection of sub categories which once selected will contain a description and image of each product. Once you have found an item click on either the picture or on the product description to select the quantity. Click on the ‘BUY’ button to transfer your chosen item to your shopping basket. Once your online shopping is complete, you can move your shopping basket by clicking on the Checkout / Basket button.
You can now complete your purchase by following the simple instructions given. Once you have given your delivery details, you will be shown a final order summary. Once you have passed the ‘continue’ button you will be transferred to the secure server using SSL technology. You will then be asked to enter your payment details by clicking on the ‘Purchase’ button and must have read, understood and accepted the terms & conditions specified at the bottom of the page.
The following terms and conditions will apply between you and LinkLine for the sale and purchase of the items contained in your shopping basket. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

An order can only be processed where payment is made using one of the following credit or debit cards, MASTERCARD, VISA, SWITCH or DELTA. We do not accept SOLO cards via the website.

Delivery Policy
All courier charges are based on weight and delivery address. When placing your order, we automatically calculate the cost of sending your package based on the total weight of the goods ordered and the delivery address given. Please note that the delivery services we use deliver during the working day 9am – 6pm. Please supply a work or alternate delivery address if it is unlikely that anyone will be in to sign for the parcel.
In spite of all our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. If you believe the delivery is severely overdue, please send our Customer Services team an email so we can take appropriate action. We cannot be held liable for any late delivery or failure to deliver except in circumstances of direct negligence.

Cancellation, Returns & Exchange Procedures
If you are in any way dissatisfied with any item/items that you have ordered and provided that the goods you ordered are returned to us in original condition (eg packaging & boxes wherever possible within 28 days we will immediately refund the purchase price of the item/s using the same method as your original payment or exchange. Any delivery charges incurred are non-refundable. )

You can cancel your order at any time provided that your order has not been dispatched. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information. If your order has been dispatched, please return for a full refund on receipt of goods.
Shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer.
As we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, all returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent when returning an item or items to us.

Faulty Goods
If, when your order arrives, it has been damaged in transit or it appears faulty, please send an email to our Customer Services Team for further instructions on when and how to send the goods back. We will, subject to availability, replace the item/items immediately upon receipt. If stock is unavailable we will refund the full purchase price.

Refunds & Exchanges for Promotional Offering
In situations when online shop customers are offered a promotion whilst shopping online, the following policy for refunds and exchanges will be in place. Promotional offerings will run only for a limited time. In a refund situation, the customer will be refunded for the actual amount paid. If still within the promotional period an exchange may occur using the discounted rate. If outside the period and the exchange is for a different product and a different price, the exchange difference will be the discounted price and the full retail price of the exchanged product.
